But a commitment to adopt lasts a lifetime.
Know what you are both capable and desirous
of commiting yourself to.
Do your homework.
Know that you are dealing with a reputable breeder
who has given your puppy the very best start possible
from before conception, and on thru adoption.
Know that your breeder will always be there
for both you and your puppy.
Don't be in a big rush "just to get a puppy"
or what you will end up with will be a lesson
much more costly than the price
of a carefully bred and raised puppy.
Reputable breeders don't have puppies
"always available"
